Senior and Principal Assessment Consultants

Role Description 

Our Assessment Solutions team are responsible for leading the scope, implementation and ongoing evaluation of our assessment solutions. Operating as trusted advisors when it comes to our clients’ assessment practices.

Our team are at the forefront of the assessment industry, with deep expertise in the wider assessment ecosystem. We work with the best-in-class thinking in behavioural and cognitive design, partnering this with our technology infrastructure and data insights to drive world leading client solutions.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of assessment solutions within a client account, including scoping the solution and developing the assessment content to align to best practice and support our client’s strategic objectives.
  • Implement our world class success analysis methodology to fully understand your clients’ requirements, getting under the skin of what makes someone a truly exceptional performer.
  • Be a highly credible client advisor in the delivery of global assessment content, integrating best practice advice around adverse impact and psychometrics with the latest innovations in assessment to ensure solutions are robust, pragmatic and cutting-edge. Sharing your knowledge on the assessment landscape and guiding the best approach to support desired client outcomes.
  • Partner with experts across our business in the implementation and evaluation of our innovative assessments, including our Account Managers and Directors, Assessment and Analytics Consultants and UX Designers.
  • Contribute to the development of our existing and new assessment solutions, with a focus on innovation, scientific rigour and best practice.
  • Champion quality assurance and adherence within you immediate function, and project teams, to ensure our work goes live to the highest standards of detail, design and rigour.
  • Engage with and be curious about data, identifying patterns or trends to provide clients with relevant insights into their recruitment process or talent pool; being confident providing data-led recommendations and advocating for improvements.
  • Represent our business and thought leadership in pre-sales activity, credibly supporting our commercial colleagues in pitches and presentations as the technical expert. As well as contribute to opportunities to add value within existing accounts.
  • Work as part of a talented and thriving team of assessment professionals, providing feedback and coaching to maintain our commitment to assessment excellence and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to support Cappfinity innovation and improvements, integrating into a senior team of individuals who are passionate about Talent Acquisition and Management.
  • Our Senior and Principal Assessment Consultants do not have formal line management responsibilities, but do adopt key roles within the team. Including, the mentoring and professional development of others to deliver exceptional results and drive our business growth forwards.
