Nicky is passionate about strengths-based recruitment to help talent leaders build diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. She is also an unapologetic advocate for women in leadership. With her team at Cappfinity, she delivers immersive assessment, development, training, and leadership solutions. She is often tapped to keynote workplace events in the UK, Europe, and US. Nicky currently co-hosts Future Forward, a weekly LinkedIn Live series on the future of work.
Eugenia (Jeannie Liakaris) is the Head of Client Success, Americas at Cappfinity.
Jeannie has over 15 years experience working with global organizations to build and develop talent pipelines and providing advice on best practices for recruiting and retaining talent. Prior to Cappfinity. Jeannie served as the Assistant Dean to lead Career Development and Recruiting at NYU’s School of Professional Services.
David Ong is the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition for MAXIMUS Inc, a professional services firm based in Reston VA whose mission is “Helping Government Serve the People” by providing program management and consulting services to government agencies focused on public healthcare and social services programs. In his current role, he oversees activities related to University Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Veterans, and Disability recruitment. Prior to joining MAXIMUS in 2004, David has managed campus recruiting programs for Capital One, Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank, and Booz Allen Hamilton. David has also served in several leadership capacities for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).He has completed terms on both the NACE Board of Directors and as Vice President,and in July 2020 he assumed the role of President Elect for NACE.
Launia Terry M.S., SHRM-SCP serves as FourBlock’s Diversity & Inclusion Leader as well as a Career Readiness Instructor for Philadelphia. She is the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition for Day & Zimmermann. Launia joined Day & Zimmermann in September 2016 as the Sr. Corporate Recruiter for D & Z’s Munitions Group. In her role, she is responsible for full-life cycle recruiting of staff employees, diversity recruiting and cultivating relationships between hiring managers, HR business partners and candidates. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Park University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She is a recently retired Air Force Veteran in which she has over 20 years of recruiting experience.
