We are witness to powerful tides of social change. This session will look at what this means in the context of assessment for selection, and how we can take forward a social change agenda based upon data and research evidence to positively impact these issues of societal injustice.

Plus, Charlotte Winderam will discuss how Deloitte are levelling up in early careers with a new approach to candidate preparation.
